Krystalls Boutique's phone lines will reopen from Saturday 3rd September from 9am.
You will be booking in for your 1:1 prom appointment for October 2022. Please ensure that a parent/guardian contacts the shop, otherwise we will not be able to make the booking. An adult/guardian will also need to be present during the duration of the prom appointment.
Krystalls Boutique's phone line does become extremely busy on the date of reopening, so please keep on trying and we promise to make a booking available for you. Our staff work 12 hour days during October as it's our busiest time of year, especially the half term week. We cannot stress enough how important it is to get in as early as possible, especially if you are one of our local schools. We have the policy where we only sell one of the same style gown per school, this also includes not selling in another colour.
