Right from the moment we booked our appointment, my daughter was made to feel special. She was able to take her time to find ‘the one’ and it couldn’t have been more perfect. For these young people, ‘saying yes to the dress’ is the most imporyant part of prom. Thank you to everyone at Krystall’s for an unforgettable prom dress experience.

I have nothing but praise for Krystalls Boutique. They made my youngest daughter's prom dress shopping experience fantastic from start to finish. Chris was patient, helpful & went above & beyond to make sure my daughter tried as many styles on as she wanted to ensure she found 'the' dress. Having used Krystalls for my eldest daughter's prom 4 years ago there was no doubt we would return for her sister. I have recommended Krystalls to many people & will continue to do so! If you are prom dress shopping you will not be disappointed here!

From the very first appointment to the final collection, your service has been nothing short of exceptional. Thank you for helping make so many of our Year 11 girls from The King John School prom dreams come true. Your professionalism, patience, kindness, and attention to detail have been evident every step of the way. Every girl who walked through your doors was made to feel special, valued, and like a true princess. The care you showed each of them made the whole experience so much more than simply choosing a dress—it created memories they will treasure for years to come. Thank you for everything you have done to make this milestone so magical for our students. We are incredibly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend your prom shop to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. Head of Year 11 C Ankin

We came yesterday to find a prom dress for my daughter. From beginning to end the lady helping us was amazing. My daughter was completely out of her comfort zone and very emotional but our lady was brilliant with us, helping her to feel at ease, helping her to realise that she like the all the other girls looks beautiful too. We had a real rolercoaster appointment. I'd just like to say from the bottom of my heart thankyou for making what was a stressful experience for my daughter so much less so. Won't hesitate to come back in 2 years for my next daughter

Excellent selection of dresses. The ladies that work here are all lovely and attentive. Came here with my 16yo daughter and she said they made her feel so at ease. She thought it'd be like the scene from pretty woman when they are snobish, but she was pleasantly surprised. Honestly love the morals and atmosphere of this boutique. Highly recommend

We had such an amazing experience with Krystalls Boutique! The staff were absolutely fantastic! My daughter didn't know what she wanted when we arrived and they spent so much time making sure she found the perfect dress for prom! You get a one to one appointment with a consultant but as we arrived just before lunch we ended up with another 2! Will be back in 4 years for the next one 😂

I absolutely loved my dress from Krystalls and it was a real hit at my prom! The staff were incredibly helpful with choosing sizing and what styles would suit me. I also thought it was a lovely touch that in every changing room there was a little sanitary kit so you could feel fresh trying on the fabulous dresses.

What a wonderful experience it was buying Daisys prom dress from Krystalls Boutique … buying a prom dress was so far out of daisys comfort zone … she hates fuss and is a little sensory to certain feels and fabrics so was dreading the day but the ladies in there were so calm and kind to her that the experience was wonderful and we found the perfect dress for her and she felt a million dollars on her special day … thank you for your kindness and consideration 🥰

Such a lovely shop and friendly staff. There was no limit on the amount of dresses my daughter tried on (and there was loads). Communication throughout was good. Have loved seeing all the pics of the girls at their proms, making each girl feel special. The icing on the cake for me was the personal text on the day wishing my daughter the most amazing prom. Thank you so much Krystals Boutique. I will definitely be recommending you to other parents

I can highly recommend Krystalls Boutique to anybody looking for a gorgeous gown for any special occasion. The initial, private appointment allowed time for my daughter to try a variety of styles and gowns with the assistance of Kristy’s expert advice. My daughter has now collected her absolutely stunning prom dress and is very happy! Thank you again Kristy x

We had great a experience at Krystal boutique, great selection of dresses and my daughter was made to feel very relaxed, didn’t feel rushed and the owner was very helpful and suggested an array of dresses that my daughter wouldn’t have thought to try. Was a successful visit.

What a wonderful experience visiting Krystall’s boutique! The appointment you’re given is for a one to one service which is better than in other places we had previously visited. Kristy listened carefully and chose gorgeous dresses for my daughter to try on. There was no pressure to buy / choose anything. We found THE dress which is stunning! Just visited today for fitting / collection - many thanks ! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you 😊

Kristy made the whole experience easy and an absolute pleasure. My daughter felt at ease straight away and Kristy knew which dresses to pick out for her to try on after their initial chat about what she liked. A fabulous selection of dresses were available and after thinking it was going to be a hard task to find a dress, seeing as we left it late to look, we couldn't have been more mistaken. I would highly recommend Krystalls Boutique. A unique experience which we didn't find anywhere else. Kristy, thank-you for being so attentive, kind and personable - you really have a special place there.xx

Kristy was very warm and wonderful at selecting the dresses that suited my daughter. Her boutique was extremely welcoming and every dress was beautiful but surprisingly affordable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kristy and would definitely go to her again. A very happy daughter. Can’t wait to send Kristy the photographs in July.

Kristy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and it was nice to know nobody else going to her from the same school would be wearing the same style even in a different colour. My daughter and her friend tried many dresses until they found 'the one'. Very happy girls, thank you.

I carried out a local search for Prom dress retailers. When I saw the high level of recommendation for Krystall I immediately made an appointment for my daughter. The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. Krystall is without a doubt an expert in her field. My daughter outlined what she was looking for and Krystall pulled a number of gowns for her to try. It was the very first one she tried on and in fact the very first prom dress she had ever tried on which we purchased. Krystall intuitively knew what would suit my daughter and she looked absolutely gorgeous in the dress. The personal and caring service Krystall offers is a credit to her. Also you will be spoiled for choice. Her home based studio is full of stunning gowns of the highest quality and at competitive prices.

I would highly recommend Krystalls Boutique. I had previously visited prom dress shops with my daughter but nothing came close to Krystalls Boutique. She eased my daughters anxiety, she was professional and picked out dresses my daughter never would have, but that she loved once they were on. Her attention to detail was excellent. The range of dresses were amazing and all absolutely stunning.

Krystalls Boutique has a very large range of dresses for that special occasion.  We purchased a beautiful dress for my daughter's Prom. Kristy made my daughter feel very relaxed and special, she knew what colours would suit her and selected many different styles for her to try on, until my daughter found the perfect dress. A 1 to 1 experience where everything is focused just on you by someone who is very friendly and professional.  I would highly recommend Kristy at Krystalls Boutique.

I would highly recommend Kristy at Krystalls Boutique to anybody looking for a prom or any special occasion dress! On our visit, Kristy made my daughter and I feel very welcome, with a private, uninterrupted, 1 to 1 appointment, giving great advise and help with design and colour to suit. All her dresses were beautiful, and Kristy helped and adjusted them to fit to give the full effect. Needless to say, we found the perfect dress which arrived within a few short weeks. Truly a professional service unsurpassed by any others. Thank you again for making sure my daughter was happy and has a dress she loves! x

After visting four other Prom dress shops my daughter was becoming a bit overwhelmed and disheartened. The difference at Krystalls Boutique was amazing. My daughter was the only appointment and was made to feel very special by Kristy and tried on some gorgeous dresses in a relaxed environment. My daughter got her smile back and went home very happy with an absolutely stunning dress, I can't recommend Krystalls Boutique enough!

I bought my dress straight away from Krystalls, I didn’t look anywhere else. I can honestly say the appointment was 5*. I felt so comfortable to try any dress and style. I tried the first dress on and it was the one i bought. There are so many styles and colours to choose from it was a hard decision. I would recommend to everyone for a great experience and an amazing dress you don’t want to take off. Thank you so much for making my dream prom dress come to life. ❤️

I bought my prom dress from Krystalls Boutique and I can honestly say it was a 5* Service. It is so different from going into a regular shop as you actually get a 1:1 personal appointment to try dresses. So much more comfortable and personal than an ordinary dress shop. We really had the best experience at Krystalls. So much attention to detail. It was a very personal and private experience (unlike boutiques in shops) we felt very welcome and never rushed. The boutique is so lovely and you can take pictures of you in the gowns to help you decide. She stocks only the best designers and compared to other boutiques, is very affordable. The dresses arrive in Pink zipped dress bags with a pretty hand written tag. The owner is so friendly that we can’t wait to buy our next special occasion dress from her!! THANK YOU 💞💞💞
